Today, Friday, October 4th, marks the beginning of the two-week registration blackout period ahead of CARM’s official implementation. 

This past Wednesday, October 2nd, the House of Commons Standing Committee on International Trade (CIIT) voted down the motion to delay CARM. With that vote concluded CARM’s implementation will come into effect on October 21st for all commercial imports into Canada.
