Canada Customs Invoice

A Canada Customs Invoice (CCI) or Commercial Invoice is required for every commercial entry into Canada. Canada Customs requires certain information to be provided. This form is used to provide the necessary information to customs for all Canada-bound commercial goods. The form may be prepared by the supplier, importer or customs broker.

Confirmation of Sale form

Confirmation of Sale

The Confirmation of Sale (COS) is for all fresh produce shipments and replaces the Canada Customs Invoice. This form is recommended for fresh fruit and vegetable imports as it contains fields for all required information to complete the customs declaration. It is reviewed by Canada Customs at the point of entry and relayed to the CFIA.

CUSMA Certification of Origin form

CUSMA Certification of Origin

The CUSMA Certificate of Origin is strictly for eligible goods from Canada, the US and/or Mexico and valued over $3,300 CAD. It is used to request a lower duty rate for eligible commercial goods entering Canada under the new North American Free Trade Agreement. If eligible, it's important to note that this program replaces the previous NAFTA. It remains non-mandatory for your imports, and assistance is still highly recommended.

CPTPP Certificate of Origin

The CPTPP Certificate of Origin is strictly for eligible goods imported into Canada from 10  countries in the Asia-Pacific region: Australia, Brunei, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam.  It is used to request a lower duty rate for eligible commercial goods entering Canada under the The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). If eligible, it's important to note, this certificate is not mandatory for your importations however highly recommended.
